PIE+S Guangzhou 2014
After last year’s success, PIE+S returned to Guangzhou, this time at the luxurious Canton Club. Members of Yù Háo Huì were invited to the private showcase and VIP seminar to find about the most compelling investment opportunities otherwise unavailable in Mainland China. Industry experts presented a range of property, immigration and alternative investment opportunities and were on hand to answer individual questions and concerns from specially invited guests. Waterfall Partners - Announced the launch of an Australian Property Fund, structured to facilitate applications for Australia’s ‘Significant Investment Visa’.
Berry Bros. & Rudd － Fine wine and spirit merchants discussed investing in fine wines and buying en primeur with guests.
Stanley Gibbons － The leading voice in the investment of stamps and collectible coins, with a heritage of over 150 years, introduced people can get start a stamp collection that will turn into a viable investment option.
Pinth Vintage Luggage － Presented vintage and antique trunks from exceptional luxury brands including Hermès and Louis Vuitton.
S3, ZeroG – The worldwide launch of zero gravity flights in Asia from January 2015.
The grand finale was the prize draw where lucky members won expceptional prizes from a ticket on the first zero gravity flights in Asia, a magnum of Champagne, a bottle of rum and a highly collectable Penny Black stamp.

From Ming-style villas in China to French chateaux, chic London apartments and private islands, our PIE+S event at the Grand Hyatt Residence was a huge success. As well as being introduced to some of the most exciting investment opportunities in the world, guests also had the chance to see famed Chinese painter Song Shou You demonstrating his artistic talent, famed for his portrayal of koi fish in lily ponds. And members didn’t go hungry or thirsty either, with Drambuie providing drinks and KO Dining on hand with incredible cookery demonstrations. In the evening a handful of selected VIPs were invited to join the private seminars where they heard from property investment luminaries flown in from across the globe.

PIE+S handpicked a selection of the most interesting and compelling property investment opportunities from around the world, bringing them together for this private exhibition held at the Residences, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. With high yielding commercial property through to luxury beach villas, some of the most amazing private residences in Australia, private islands, private golf courses and even Asia’s largest sailing yacht and much more, members enjoyed the opportunity to meet the people behind the projects at this private event. Later in the afternoon guests were treated to chocolate and wine pairings and enjoyed an exclusive fashion show with handmade resort wear and jewellery. In the evening a handful of selected VIPs were invited to join the investment seminar where they heard from property investment luminaries flown in from the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Thailand.

Timed to correspond with one of the peak periods members invest in overseas properties, The Reserve carefully selected investment opportunities from across the region and brought them together exclusively for members at the Property Investment Exhibition and Seminar (PIE+S 2010).
In the comfort and luxurious surroundings of the Residence at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong guests were able to meet with the people behind a wide variety of investment opportunities from luxury ski retreats, beach villas, penthouse apartments and one of China’s landmark developments, all of which were on display in the “Property Room”.
In the “Home Deco” room LLadro displayed their beautiful porcelain figurines from Spain as well as three magnificent dresses inspired by their showcase pieces from this collection. Platinum Wines also treated guests to a tasting of fine wines, complimented by selected European cheeses courtesy of Monsieur Chatte.
In the evening The Reserve members with a particular interest in property investment were invited to an exclusive dinner seminar where they heard presentations covering five very different investment opportunities followed by cognacs in the “Drawing Room” and the chance to discuss these opportunities in more detail with the key people behind these projects.
